The Planning Committee is responsible for determining planning applications and considering other related planning matters including enforcement action, modifications to existing planning permissions and rights of way, except where such decisions have been delegated to officers.


Members of the public (and planning applicants or their representatives) are allowed to address the Committee for up to 3 minutes, either in support of, or objecting to, applications on the agenda. Notice to speak has to be given directly to the Democratic Services Department (01305 838223) by 12.00pm on the Tuesday prior to the Committee meeting.
